New Journaling Book in 2021

Coming in June 2021 is a new book from Routledge with a chapter I wrote about How Journaling Benefits Your Coaching and Your Clients. I’m so happy to be a contributor to this book, co-edited by Eric Maisel and Lynda Monk! The list of contributors – more than 50 of us – is impressive, and the topics covered are really interesting. It’s a pleasure to be a part of this project.

I recently wrote about my longtime focus on journaling for the BACCALiterary blog, and am also developing a new course about the practices I’ve come to call the Becoming Unstuck Journal for writers. I’ve been studying creativity coaching and course development with Eric Maisel, and that’s how I came to be involved in this new book.

The forthcoming book is titled Transformational Journaling for Coaches, Therapists, and Clients: A Complete Guide to the Benefits of Personal Writing and is intended for coaches, therapists and other mental health professionals, and people interested in using journaling as a tool for personal growth.

It’s already available for preorder, so now’s a good time to take advantage of the price guarantee.

PS Stay tuned for a second journaling book, launching later in 2021! I wrote a chapter on Becoming Unstuck Journaling for that one.
