Spotted today in the NY Times Home Section:
“The coffee table became a three-car garage, so the books had to become Escalades. A Taschen book can fill a lot of space fast.”
And home stores have been selling a “book bundle” which is a bunch of books permanently stuck together to be decorative on a coffee – or cocktail – table.
Am I the last person to know about this stuff? It makes total sense that it would have come to this, but I’m still somewhat alarmed. Sentimental, huh?
